Online Licensing Renewal
Onlince licensing renewal is available for current Idaho State Bar members between mid-November and March 1. New Admittee Online Licensing is available on an individual basis as applicants are approved for admission. Please contact Licensing at (208) 334-4500 if you have any questions.
New Admittee Online Licensing
Individual applicants who have approved for admission to the Idaho State Bar can complete their licensing paperwork and pay online by credit card. A convenience fee will be included to cover processing and finance charges. If you prefer to pay by check, please use the licensing forms we sent to you.
You will need your Idaho State Bar membership number and licensing password to login. Both your membership number and password are printed on the license fee notice to the right of your name.
Before beginning the online license fee program, please have the following:
- Your intended membership status - active, out of state active (an active member who resides outside of Idaho), affiliate or house counsel.
- The approximate date you plan to appear before the Idaho Supreme Court in Boise for admission.

Online licensing renewal for current members is closed for 2013 licensing. It will be available again starting in mid-November 2013 for 2014 licensing renewals.
Individual attorneys will be able to complete their 2013 licensing paperwork and pay online by credit card. A convenience fee will be included to cover processing and finance charges. If you prefer to pay by check, please use the licensing forms we sent to you in November.

Firm Online Licensing Renewal
Online firm licensing renewal for current members is closed for 2013 licensing. It will be available again starting in mid-November 2013 for 2014 licensing renewals.
Firms can collect their attorneys’ information and make a single payment by credit card or check. The firm online licensing portal provides a breakdown of the fees by attorney and payment category along with calculating the total payment amount. This option allows firms to complete the licensing process with minimal paperwork and staff time.
The firm administrator will need to create a user account for creating the list of attorneys and will need the attorneys' licensing passwords. The licensing passwords will be printed on the 2013 license fee notices under the attorneys' names. The licensing packets were mailed to all current members on November 23, 2012. The Licensing Department at (208) 334-4500 can also assist with licensing passwords.
