Have you wished you had a deeper content background about law-related and civic subjects that are important to your students? Would you like to use a local lawyer as a resource person in your classroom? Lawyers throughout Idaho are looking forward to sharing their knowledge with students in classes K-12. The Law Related Education Program provides training and age-appropriate lessons.  Lessons fit within Idaho Achievement Standards for Social Studies. We encourage partners to teach four lessons during the school year scheduled at a time convenient for both teachers and attorneys.

Possible Teach in Dates:

  • Constitution Day – September 17
    Bill of Rights Day – December 15
    Human Rights Day – Week of January 18, 2010
    Presidents Day – Week of February 15, 2010
    Law Day – May 1
