Judicial Selection/Election
The Idaho State Bar, through its Judicial Fairness Committee, conducts Surveys of Judicial Candidate Qualifications in contested judicial elections. The results of the surveys are provided to the public prior to contested election. Further information regarding the selection and election of the judiciary is also provided along with the survey results.
